Visit Inquiry
Introduction
Members of the public are welcome to visit the Hong Kong Park, and no prior application is required for general visits. Schools or organisations wishing to hold large-scale tours or events at the park, or to use the Olympic Square or other facilities, must complete and submit an application form to the Department in advance for arrangement. For enquiries or requests to cancel a visit, please contact the Hong Kong Park Management Office on 2521 5041.

Visiting Rules
1. The person in charge of the organisation should ensure that participants:
(i) Pay attention to safety at all times during the visit;
(ii) Cherish park facilities;
(iii) Share park facilities with other visitors;
(iv) Refrain from disturbing the birds;
(v) Keep noise levels at a reasonably low level;
(vi) Follow the instructions of venue staff;
(vii) Keep the venue clean;
(viii) Refrain from obstructing park pathways, exits and staircases; and
(ix) Clear up their own litter.
2. The organisation must provide their own first aid services.
3. Visits should be suspended, cancelled or rescheduled under the following circumstances:
(i) The Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) issues Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above;
(ii) The HKO issues Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal;
(iii) The HKO issues Thunderstorm Warning;
(iv) The health risk category of the Air Quality Health Index reaches the "Serious" level; or
(v) The Government announces that "extreme conditions" are in force.
